Product Orders
• Product availability and pricing are dynamic and may change.
• Order confirmation will be sent after stock and price verification.
• Orders may be cancelled before confirmation. Once confirmed, the standard return policy applies.
Quotation Validity
• Quotations are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.
Acceptance & Contract Formation
• A binding contract is formed upon receipt of the required deposit and issuance of an Order Invoice.
Payments
• A non-refundable deposit is required to start the order unless otherwise agreed.
• Balance payment must be made before shipment.
• Late payments incur 2% interest per month.
Delivery & Risk
• Sea Shipping: Estimated delivery to our Linbropark, Johannesburg warehouse is 35–60 days from receipt of deposit.
• Air Freight: Estimated delivery to our Linbropark warehouse is 7–14 days from receipt of deposit.
• Timelines may vary due to customs, logistics, or shipping factors beyond our control.
• Delivery is to our Linbropark warehouse unless stated otherwise. Local delivery from the warehouse to the Client’s address is quoted separately.
• Risk passes to the Client upon delivery to our warehouse.
• Inspection: The Client has 7 calendar days to inspect goods and report any visible damage or shortage. Failure to report within this period will be deemed acceptance of the goods.
Ownership
• Title remains with China to South Africa (PTY) LTD until full payment is received.
• Customers must have the knowledge and resources to use the products.
• Optional training or support is available at additional cost.
• Warranty claims are subject to the manufacturer’s terms.
Refurbished and Brand-New Items
• Refurbished items: Covered by a 1-week warranty on system functionality (excludes batteries).
• Brand-new items: Warranty is limited to the manufacturer in China Mainland.
• Warranty excludes damage from misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repair.
• Our liability is limited to the total amount paid by the Client.
• No liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits).
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or logistics issues.
• Deposits are non-refundable.
• We may terminate agreements if the Client breaches payment terms or other material terms.
• These terms are governed by South African law.
• All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of South African courts.
• We process personal data in accordance with POPIA and applicable data protection laws.
• Installation support and specifications are available on request.
• Delivery and commissioning can be handled by us at an additional cost.
• Extra costs due to restricted access or client delays are charged to the Client.
• Warranty does not cover damage from misuse or negligence.
• Certain organizations may link to our website without approval (government, search engines, news, directories).
• iFrames or altered website frames require written permission.
• We are not liable for content on external websites linking to ours.
• We reserve the right to request removal of links to our site at any time.
• The website is provided “as is.”
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of content.
• Liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or other statutory limits applies as per South African law.
Scope
• Covers all goods sourced, imported, and supplied by China to South Africa (PTY) LTD.
• Applies to special orders, refurbished, and brand-new items.
• Returns and refunds are permitted only under this policy and CPA 68 of 2008.
Deposits & Payments
• Payment authorizes the start of sourcing, production, or shipping.
• Once sourcing begins, orders are non-cancellable, unless required by law.
• Costs already incurred (supplier, shipping, customs) are non-recoverable.
Warranty Coverage
• All products: 1-week warranty for defective or system-malfunctioning items (excludes batteries).
• Brand-new items: Warranty only via manufacturer in China Mainland.
• Warranty excludes damage from misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repair.
