If a product is marked “Request a Quote”, it means the final price must be confirmed with the supplier based on your specific requirements, order quantity, and shipping method.

An order may only be cancelled if the product received significantly differs from what was ordered, or if there is a verified supplier error.

Sea freight delivery takes approximately 35 to 60 days, depending on shipping schedules and customs clearance.

Air freight delivery takes approximately 7 to 14 days after payment clearance and order processing.

Our warehouse is located in Linbro Park, Johannesburg, South Africa.

Goods must be collected within 7 days of arrival at our warehouse. Storage fees apply from day 8. After 30 days, uncollected goods may be disposed of without refund.
