At China to South Africa (Pty) Ltd, we strive to process all confirmed orders promptly. Once the required deposit or full payment has been successfully cleared into our account, your order will be processed within 2 to 5 business days, excluding weekends and South African public holidays.
After processing, the estimated sea freight delivery lead time is 35 to 60 days to our Linbro Park warehouse. This timeframe is an estimate and may vary due to shipping schedules, port congestion, weather conditions, customs inspections, and clearance procedures beyond our control.
In the event of high demand, factory delays, or shipping disruptions, customers will be informed during order confirmation. While every effort is made to meet estimated delivery times, China to South Africa (Pty) Ltd cannot be held liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or customs authorities.
Once full payment has been received and cleared in our account, air freight orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days.
The estimated air freight delivery lead time is 7 to 14 days from the date of payment clearance. These timelines depend on airline availability, customs clearance, and inspection procedures.
During peak seasons or high-demand periods, air freight delivery times may be extended slightly. Customers will always be notified of any potential delays.
Kindly allow 2 to 5 business days for order processing before shipment begins.
Orders placed after 4:00 PM on Fridays, on weekends, or on public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.
During promotional periods, supplier shutdowns, or peak trading seasons, processing times may be longer. Customers will be informed accordingly.
Certain products require an additional manufacturing period of 10 to 30 business days, depending on the complexity of the product, customization requirements, and factory workload.
Manufacturing lead times are communicated during quotation. Any production delays caused by factory operations, supply shortages, or national shutdowns remain outside the control of China to South Africa (Pty) Ltd.
China to South Africa (Pty) Ltd operates as a sourcing and international logistics company. Most products are custom-sourced, imported on request, or made to order.
For this reason:
• Returns and exchanges are NOT permitted under normal circumstances.
• Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if goods arrive damaged or defective due to a fault not caused by the buyer.
Any defects or damage must be reported within 3 working days of receipt with supporting photos or video evidence and proof of purchase.
Returned items must:
• Be unused
• Be in original packaging
• Include the original invoice
All local courier costs for returns or exchanges are borne by the buyer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Once goods arrive at our Linbro Park warehouse, customers must collect their goods or arrange local delivery within 7 calendar days.
Failure to collect within this period will result in daily storage fees, calculated from the 8th day onward.
If goods remain uncollected for more than 30 days, China to South Africa (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to dispose of the goods without compensation. All outstanding storage fees must be settled in full before goods will be released.
All product prices and quotations exclude local delivery within South Africa unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Local courier charges will be:
• Quoted separately upon arrival at our Linbro Park warehouse
• Calculated based on actual dimensions, weight, and courier pricing
All outstanding balances, including courier fees, must be paid in full and cleared before dispatch.
Payments made after 4:00 PM on Fridays, during weekends or public holidays, will be processed on the next business day. Orders will then be dispatched within 1 to 2 business days after payment clearance.
All products displayed on china2southafrica.co.za are classified for either sea freight or air freight.
